Job Title: Project Manager

Location: KentHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

A Project Manager is required to take ownership of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required scope. The role involves working with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to manage all aspects of project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects through all stages of delivery, from order to completion.
  • Coordinate activities across teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and change control processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed.
  • Provide project status updates and reports.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration within teams and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in managing projects within a technical or engineering industry (experience with generators, switchgear, or similar industries is beneficial).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and personable with a focus on building relationships.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
