About the Roles

These positions offer the chance to work on a variety of conveyancing transactions within reputable firms. You'll manage your own caseload and play a key role in delivering a smooth legal process for clients.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Experience)

? Managing residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.? Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders.? Drafting and reviewing legal documents.? Conducting searches and handling pre-contract and post-completion matters.? Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.? Providing excellent client service.? Supervising and mentoring junior team members (for senior roles).

What We’re Looking For

?? Experience in residential conveyancing (all levels considered).?? Strong communication and organizational skills.?? Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work both independently and in a team.?? Attention to detail and familiarity with case management systems.?? Relevant legal qualifications (CLC, Solicitor, or Legal Executive) are desirable but not essential for all roles.
