  • Must hold a CMI Level 5 qualification in Coaching (or equivalent Coaching qualification). 
  • Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within Coaching Professional but not essential
  • Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Flexibility with travel when needed.
Duties:
  • Deliver Coaching Professional Apprenticeships (up to Level 5), using a blended learning approach (face to face and digital learning).
  • Work to learner review and completion timescales.
  • Design engaging curriculum and workshop materials, acting as a subject matter expert to launch and drive the success of the programme.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
