PSM Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Secretary to join the commercial team in a reputable Solicitors based in Maidstone.
This is a full-time role, Monday Friday based full - time in the office.
The Role
Diary management for allocated legal advisors
Arranging meetings / appointments including booking meeting rooms andpreparing documents ahead of the meeting
Using the teams precedents, copy typing or audio / digital dictation
Ensuring electronic files are kept up-to-date
Opening and closing / archiving files
Attending team, and training meetings as required
You will be expected to work in a team alongside fellow support staff, as well asindependently assisting with a range of interesting work.
Are you the right person?
The role would suit an experienced legal secretary, with experience in the Commercial or Residential property. You will have excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills with a professional telephone manner and be able todemonstrate high attention to detail.
You will need to be comfortable working with various IT systems, however trainingwill be provided, and have strong numeracy skills with an ability to understandfinancial ledgers.
