  • Releasing orders once credit checks are completed.
  • Setting up new customer accounts.
  • Communicating with clients and customers regarding outstanding balances.
  • Sending regular statements to clients.
  • Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Contacting customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Conducting credit checks on potential customers.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve any credit-related issues.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in credit control (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
