What You'll Be Doing: As a Customer Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of it all - working hands-on in the field to deliver top-notch service. Your responsibilities include:

Field servicing, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of innovative products.

Keeping detailed service and test records to ensure flawless operations.

Providing vital technical support to UK customers whenever needed.

Working closely with service, technical support, and sales teams to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your insight will also help us improve product design, as you'll be feeding back customer feedback, complaints, and sales opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For:

Someone with excellent technical ability and a knack for solving complex problems

Strong communication and customer care skills - you'll be the face of the company!

A natural ability to approach fault finding with a logical, analytical mindset

Working knowledge of electronics, microprocessor-based products, and software-driven systems

Experience or an understanding of fluid/hydraulic systems or printing technology would be a bonus!
