Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced Administrator to join their ever-expanding team. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor: 路 Carrying out day to day Company administrative duties, including Key Client administrative requirements and operational staff requirements. 路 Providing support to the day to day operational movements of the workforce including diary management. 路 Liaising and building good working relationships with clients staff and tenants, contractors and colleagues. 路 Accurately maintaining all relevant administrative documents, spreadsheets and databases Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor: 路 Must have proven administrative and customer liaison experience within a similar role, ideally within a social housing environment. 路 Excellent telephone manner. 路 Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. 路 Willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service 路 A positive and professional approach.
