Our Community Service Centre in Kent is currently looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly team and provide support to our Service Users.

Our services allow people to remain in their homes, preventing the need for them to stay in hospital for any longer than is necessary, allowing the NHS to deliver frontline care where it is needed most.
Our Customer Service Advisors are a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide. From arranging deliveries and collections of equipment with service users to answering inbound calls from Service Users and Occupational Therapists, your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be varied.
As well as assisting Service Users, you will also liaise with the Community Equipment Technicians to ensure the service runs smoothly whilst being responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Service users and resolving any issues in an efficient and timely matter.
This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service roles.
The Role is based fully on-site at Maidstone, you must be able to successfully commute here.
Pay Rate is 11.48 per hour.
