Are you ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, global business environment? A leading import and distribution company is looking for a proactive and confident Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:As a Sales and Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supply chain and customer service operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing logistics, including arranging transportation and handling delivery notes.
  • Using the ERP system to track stock, manage invoices, and send out customer stock lists.
  • Liaising with customers to understand their needs and complete product lines.
  • Collaborating with an international team based in the UK and Holland.
  • Liaising with 3rd party hauliers to book transport and coordinating with suppliers.

  • Supporting new business development (30% of the role).

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Confident, personable, and with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks on your own initiative.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create detailed and organised filtering for customer lists.
  • Previous experience in logistics, sales coordination, or ERP systems is desirable.
  • Eager to learn about the product line and adapt quickly to new systems.
