Our client, a leading company in the agriculture industry, is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join their team on the outskirts of Maidstone on a fixed term contract until the end of December 2025. As a trusted partner to their customers, they are looking for a proactive individual who can provide excellent customer service and support.The Customer Services Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via telephone, email, and trade counter. Your ability to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service will contribute to the company's reputation as a reliable and customer-centric partner.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and trade counterProcess orders on the internal IFS system accurately and efficientlyManage customer queries and provide timely and effective solutionsSupport sales and buying teams in their daily operationsEnsure the CRM system is updated with relevant customer informationCoordinate outside haulage booking, parcel and pallet carrier servicesHandle export administration tasks as requiredManage holiday and meeting room bookings, refreshments, and sample requestsMaintain accurate stock records and assist with stock managementProactively contact existing and potential customers to discuss product ranges and manage their needsRequirementsPrevious experience in customer service, both via telephone and face-to-faceComputer literate with the ability to learn new systems quicklyStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingFlexibility, willingness to help, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGeographical knowledge of the country and road network is beneficialPositive attitude and the ability to take responsibility for key project deliverablesAt KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
