Our client a specialist in high value consumer goods is seeking a European Language Customer Service Representative.

Our client prides itself on their ability to deliver exceptional customer service experiences through our dedicated team of professionals. This role is email based not contact centre!

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled European Language Customer Service Representative to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in one or more of the following European languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, or Finnish, and will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a European Language Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various email correspondence and online Chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in one or more of the following European languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, or Finnish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
