This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and can commit to a full-time schedule within our office environment. Debt Collector Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage with customers to collect payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all debt collection activity.
- Follow up on outstanding debts according to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure targets are met.
- Handle each case with sensitivity and professionalism, respecting customer circumstances.
Debt Collector Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Debt Collector role or similar.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with debt collection software and tools.
