Team Manager/ Team Performance Manager - Collections Mid Kent £50,000 - £60,000

We are looking for a Team Performance Manager to manage and support a debt recovery team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the team to ensure smooth workflow and case handling.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations and problem-solving.
  • Provide training and feedback to improve team efficiency.
  • Work closely with management to achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in managing teams, preferably in debt recovery or financial services.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
