We are looking for a confident and talented Digital Marketing Manager to join a team with a reputation for excellence and innovation. You'll be joining an organisation that is successful and growing, within an exciting sector.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategy. This role is crucial in achieving business goals and enhancing brand presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to implement integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize website(s), ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and identify any pain-points.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Offer insight into social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

Qualifications / experience:

  • Over five year’s experience in a digital marketing or an advertising position.
  • Proven track record in creating and running successful SEM campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
  • Knowledge around cookies policies, first party data collection and uses is desirable.
