Cleaning Technician, 37.5 hours per week

Monday - Friday, 08:00am-4:00pm

Purpose of role

To carry out carpet cleaning and shower head compliance to a leading hotel chain as part of a nationwide team.

The role reports to the Field Services Manager.

Main Duties

  • Carry out carpet and upholstery cleaning to client sites in accordance with GCC RAMS
  • Carry out Shower Head sanitising and descaling in accordance with Legionella requirements and GCC RAMS
  • Carry out reactive maintenance to client sites as and when directedTo take responsibility for all matters relating to Health and Safety on site and to facilitate completion of work orders on time and in a safe manner
  • Complete all assigned work orders on a daily basis
  • Log in and out of Ostara correctly on each visit
  • Correctly complete Jobwatch completion certificates once each work order is complete
  • Maintain company vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times
  • Maintain company equipment in a clean and safe manner storing and securing it in the Company vehicle so as not to cause damage or deterioration
  • Maintain required stock levels on company vehicle
  • Ensure that any accidents or near misses are reported to the Field Service Manager
  • Report any deterioration of equipment to the Field Serviced Manager
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
