Are you passionate about making a positive impact in a child's educational journey? We're looking for a dedicated Classroom Assistant to provide support to children both 1:1 and in group settings, helping them excel academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support for students with specific learning needs, helping them stay on track with their studies.
• Assist small groups of children with classroom activities, encouraging active participation and engagement.
• Support the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and behaviour management.
• Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment where all students feel supported.
• Monitor and report on students' progress to the class teacher and SEN coordinator.

Classroom Assistant - Thanet

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach to supporting both individual and group learning.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential).
