Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting engagement and academic progress.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive educational atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to get a new one - £46 and we will pay you back the £46 once you have worked 20 days for us!
- Experience: Previous experience working in a PRU or Alternative Provision is highly desirable.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the unique needs and challenges of students in alternative educational settings.
- Empathy: Demonstrate a compassionate and patient attitude, understanding the backgrounds of students facing challenges.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals.
