Requirements:

  • Hold the right to work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to get a new one - £46 and we will pay you back the £46 once you have worked 20 days for us!
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a PRU or Alternative Provision is highly desirable.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the unique needs and challenges of students in alternative educational settings.
  • Empathy: Demonstrate a compassionate and patient attitude, understanding the backgrounds of students facing challenges.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals.
