Your Responsibilities:
- Be a hands-on leader, supporting the care team and residents.
- Assist the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through staff training and development.
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment.
- Utilise technology to enhance care delivery and management.
- Build strong relationships with external partners.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
What We Need From You:
- Proven experience in dementia care (2+ years).
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, with a commitment to achieving Level 5.
- Computer literacy.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the home.
- Right to work in the UK.
