We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team in the Kent area. In this role, you will report directly to the Service Manager and Lead Service Engineer, while working collaboratively with all departments across the organisation.Salary: £35,000 paHours: 40hrs per weekThe Role:This position reflects the essence of employee ownership and the organisation's core values. As a Service Engineer, you will actively collaborate with teams across the company to drive collective achievements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute service visits in line with manufacturer recommendations.
  • Install, position, and commission equipment at customer sites.
  • Repair and maintain equipment effectively.
  • Always represent the organisation professionally and diplomatically.
  • Uphold quality standards consistently and assist with additional reasonable tasks as needed.
  • Conduct surveys of new and existing sites.
  • Deliver technical support to colleagues and customers when required.
  • Organise and carry out visits to current and potential customers.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services.
  • Report outcomes and necessary follow-up actions after visits.
