My client is a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Essex, employing over 50 people since its inception in 2016.
They specialize in live environment projects, including Museums, Hospitals, Banks, and Football Stadiums, with project values typically ranging from £200k to £800k.
They are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.
The ideal candidate should be an electrician by trade with live environment experience, and having Prince2 and SMSTS qualifications is desirable.
The salary for this position ranges from £65k to £70k, and includes a travel allowance, 23 days of holiday, a discretionary bonus, and a pension scheme.

My client are a M&E Contractor who are based in Essex.Since their conception in 2016, they now employ over 50 people in the business and turnover over £7million.They specialise in live environment projects which include Museums, Hospitals, Banks, Football Stadiums across Esses, Central London & Canary Wharf.Project values generally fall between £200k - £800k.They are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis THE JOB – ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER Monday – Friday / 7am – 4pm The Electrical Project Manager will be office based in Essex as well as attending sites across London, Essex & Canary Wharf. The sites will all be within live environment and you will be running multiple projects at one time within the £200k - £800k value range. Experience in the above is essential. THE CANDIDATE:

Electrician by trade
Prince2 (desirable)
SMSTS (desirable)
Live environment experience is essential.

Salary & Package

£65k - £70k
Travel Allowance when go to site
23 Days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays (3 to be taken at Xmas)
Discretionary Bonus (job by job basis)
