Key Responsibilities:

  • 360 Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and build relationships with new clients within the Commercial or Finance sectors, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent, including advertising, networking, and headhunting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner for clients and candidates, providing expert advice and insights to meet their needs.
  • Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to share knowledge, celebrate successes, and achieve collective goals.
