MLC Partners are working with a Public Sector organisation based in Kent who are looking to recruit a Employee Relations Advisor to join them on a 6 month contract.

The purpose of this role is to provide high quality HR advice and support to managers and staff, enable managers to build an inclusive, attractive, effective and safe culture and engage their staff, and effectively manage absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handing ER cases, including sickness as well as more complex cases. You must have experience of working in a unionised environment, ideally within the Public Sector.

You will be required to travel to site 2-3 days per week, for meetings and hearings, so must be prepared to travel in the Kent area.
