Morgan Hunt are working with a market leading Welfare to Work provider who are recruiting for a number of IPS Employment Specialists across the Kent area. This role will involve supporting clients with Mental Health needs into employment within their respected communities. These are full time permanent positions paying between to £28,000 to £34,000 depending on experience and skills. The role will involve working within a clinical setting and engaging participants in the community. Currently the client has positions available in Dartford, East Kent, Maidstone, Medway, Swale and Tunbridge Wells. The ideal candidate for this role will be looking for someone who has experience within employability and supporting clients into work as well as engaging employers. These roles offer hybrid working depending on the requirements of the business. The IPS Employment Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of 20 participants into sustainable employment
  • Conducting needs and skills analysis of each participant to ensure suitable roles are matched to
  • Assisting with CV development and interview techniques
  • Provide post placement support to each participant to ensure sustainable employment
  • Engaging employers to source suitable work opportunities for participants
  • Uploading and maintaining data participants data to track progress The IPS Employment Specialist will need to have:
  • A proven track record of supporting individuals with various barriers into sustainable employment
  • Experience in engaging employers to source work opportunities
  • Worked within a target driven environment
  • Ideally worked within a mental health setting or mental health clients
  • A minimum of a grade C in Maths and English or equivalent
  • The ability to use various systems competently
  • Have a full UK driving licences and access to their own car In return the IPS Employment Specialist will receive:
  • An annual salary of up to £34,000 depending on skills and experience
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) increasing with service
