You’ll also support project tasks like organising webinars, updating the website, and creating case studies—all within a small, supportive team.What You’ll Need:

Experience working as an Employment Advisor previously (or similar such as Employment Consultant / Job Coach / Careers Advisor).
A warm, empathetic approach and ability to work independently
UK-based (essential)
Awareness of chronic health conditions (desirable but not essential)
