£35,000 - £40,000 basic, with £5,000 - £15,000 commission potential in Year 1

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Area Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on new business development within the waste management sector. This is a 360-degree sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting and lead generation to closing. The role requires a proactive, self-starter approach, as you’ll not only be following up on warm leads from our telesales team but also generating your own pipeline, including booking and attending appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business in the South East region, specializing in waste management services and products.
- Full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Generate your own appointments in addition to those set by the telesales team.
- Build strong relationships with clients in sectors including Mining, Aggregates, Food, Manufacturing, Paper, and Waste Management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in waste management services or products.
- A track record of 360 sales and business development.
- Knowledge of the South East region and an ability to work remotely while managing time and goals effectively.
