DKF is seeking an Experienced Legionella Operative to become part of one of our independent occupational hygiene consultancy clients located in Kent. Established in 2002, our client is a reputable consultancy that prioritises quality and provides a comprehensive range of services to several prominent clients across various sectors.

The successful candidate will be working in an established department where they can continue their development into risk assessing and assist in other departments such as; air quality, noise, vibration and COSHH.

What your core responsibilities would be:

· Conduct legionella risk assessments on domestic water systems.

· Progression into risk assessments and other disciplines.

· Liaise with clients to provide guidance on risk, compliance, and best practices on-site plus meeting deadlines.

· Reporting the findings plus including drawings.

· Assisting with training of other legionella operatives.

· General tasks necessary to assist the department.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

· Enhanced DBS check (will be completed through induction stage if successful).

· Full UK driving license.

· Minimum 1 years’ experience of working as a legionella risk assessor.

· Proficient in analysing technical data and producing high-quality technical reports.

· Effective time management skills, along with punctuality and reliability, are essential for meeting client deadlines.

· Able to communicate effectively with clients verbally and via email/in writing.

· Ensure that you conduct yourself in a professional and friendly manner and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and a readiness to assist the team.
