HYBRID WORKING + EXCELLENT PROGRESSION - We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join one of the largest events suppliers in the UK!

THE COMPANY

Partnering with some of the most iconic large scale event venues as well as working on prestigious events including The Olympics and COP26, this company supplies a huge range of event seating solutions, furniture and accessories. With them offering their services to events across the UK they are the go-to supplier for venues, event agencies, sporting organisations and more, having cemented their place in the events industry.

With an impressive ever-growing portfolio of clients they are now seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead their team and ensure continued success, with exciting plans for growth on the horizon making this an excellent time to join! 

THE ROLE

In this highly integral role you will act as the first point of client contact and be responsible for creating lasting relationships with clients, ensuring you deliver a seamless service from their initial enquiry to final delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

-          Developing client relationships and understanding their requirements 

-          Creating bespoke quotations

-          Collaborating and coordinating with internal divisions

-          Maximising the profitability of events where possible

-          Attending events onsite to develop client relationships

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this position you will be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong rapport with clients in order to supply to major UK events. Experience or an understanding of the events market (especially exhibitions) is essential as well as a passion to provide excellent customer service.
