The Role

As Head of Production you will be responsible for leading the technical production team to successful and high quality delivery across a broad portfolio of events. Responsibilities will be broad and include:

-          Leading technical production across all projects

-          Developing operational efficiencies to ensure quality project output

-          Collaborating with the broader team

-          Developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for commercial growth

-          Overseeing warehouse processes and function

-          Identifying areas for investment in relation to kit and production solutions 

-          Line managing the technical and warehouse team

-          Managing the growth of the team and production capabilities

-          Driving commercial success including cost control, P&L management & project budgets

The Candidate

Candidates must have solid, senior level technical event production experience working across a range of large scale, complex projects. We are looking for proven team management experience alongside a strong commercial mindset and the ability to drive creative solutions both on a project basis and in relation to efficiencies and operations across a business / team. This role will suit someone coming from a technical production agency or AV supplier to the events industry.
