THE COMPANY

Partnering with some of the most iconic large scale event venues as well as working on prestigious events including The Olympics and COP26, this company supplies a huge range of event seating solutions, furniture and accessories. With them offering their services to events across the UK they are the go-to supplier for venues, event agencies, sporting organisations and more, having cemented their place in the events industry.

With an impressive ever-growing portfolio of clients they are now seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead their team and ensure continued success, with exciting plans for growth on the horizon making this an excellent time to join!

THE ROLE

In this highly integral role you will be responsible for the growth and development of their sales & account management team.

Key responsibilities will include:

-          Direct line management

-          Training and developing team members

-          Conducting weekly and monthly reviews

-          Planning and implementing sales strategies

-          Maximising revenue and conversion rates

-          Managing targets and departmental budgets

-          Developing targeted sales campaigns

-          Working across internal departments

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this position you will have proven sales team management experience, ideally from within a similar company. A strong understanding of the events & exhibitions industry will be highly desirable, along with the ability to motivate and lead a team with an excellent commercial understanding.
