A highly successful engineering company in the Medway Towns is seeking to hire a Factory Operative on a permanent basis.
The position offers an hourly rate of £12.36, with overtime available at an enhanced rate.
Candidates with some previous manufacturing experience and machine operating skills are preferred, but full training will be provided.
The role involves manual handling, completing job cards, and using a touch screen system for bookings.
Working hours are Monday-Thursday from 07.30 to 16.30 and Friday from 07.30 to 13.30, with excellent benefits and generous annual leave offered.

Ideally you will have some previous manufacturing experience and if you have operated machinery and used hand tools, that would be beneficial, however full training will be provided. Some manual handling is also required.

In addition to this you will complete relevant job cards and record the bookings using a touch screen system.

The hours of work are Monday-Thursday 07.30-16.30 and Friday 07.30-13.30.
