We are recruiting Factory Operatives on a permanent basis on a Night Shift for a manufacturing company based in Medway Towns.
Ideally have previous factory/ manufacturing experience, however full training will be provided.
Your main duties will include processing castings and moulds, operating various mechanical devices, slurry mixing and testing, manual handling and other operational responsibilities involved in the manufacturing process.
You will also have to complete quality control procedures and use of a computerised touch screen system.
You will be working 46 hours per week, 6pm - 6am over 4 days, Monday - Thursday.
However initially you will receive training on days for approximately 3 weeks for which you will receive a rate less your shift allowance.
The 15% uplift will be applicable from 6pm-6am
The company also offers overtime at an enhanced rate and there are opportunities for career advancement.
