Key responsibilities include operating various machines, conducting inspections, and supervising a small team.
The role involves working Monday to Thursday from 6.00am to 6.00pm, requiring relevant experience in the field.

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a long established engineering company based in the Medway Towns for a Multi Skilled Factory Operative/Supervisor to work on a permanent basis, Monday to Thursday, 6.00am to 6.00pm, less half an hour break.

The hourly rate is £14.06 and overtime is offered at an enhanced rate.

This is a multi skilled role where you are required to cover several disciplines within the department and you will be from a manufacturing background. Ideally you will have some supervisory experience to enable you to assist the team.

Your duties will include the following:

Operation of several machines such as injection and extruder machines
Operation of Band Saw
Inspection/QA
Manual handling
Supervising a small team
