Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a client base for lending, protection, and general insurance business.
• Maximise mortgage sales through proactive business development and securing new clients.
• Build strong relationships with the estate agency team to maximise lead generation.
• Collaborate with your dedicated administrator to ensure smooth case progression from application to completion.
• Source leads from the branch network.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
• Professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages and protection.
• Entrepreneurial approach to business.
• Experience in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
• Expert knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Package:

Salary: Up to £35k basic.

Year 1 OTE: £50,000 to £75,000, Year 2 onwards OTE: £100,000. (No validation of salary required).

Days/ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6 pm; Saturdays, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu).
