The client base for this role predominantly consists of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, particularly those interested in acquiring premium properties in Central London. This includes:

  • Affluent UK Residents: Successful professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners looking to invest in luxury properties within London.
  • Overseas Investors: International clients, often from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America, who are investing in London’s prime real estate market. These clients may require expertise in navigating the complexities of UK mortgages for non-residents.
  • Existing Property Owners: HNW individuals looking to refinance or expand their property portfolios within the London area.
  • Exclusive Referrals: Many clients come through established relationships with the estate agency, providing a consistent flow of quality leads.

What You'll Do:

As a remote HNW Mortgage Advisor or HNW Mortgage Broker, you will:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, understanding their unique financial goals and property aspirations.
  • Utilise your in-depth mortgage and protection knowledge to recommend the most suitable mortgage solutions.
  • Manage your own diary, prioritising client calls and consultations based on their preferred communication method (phone or virtual).
  • Navigate the complexities of HNW and overseas investor mortgages with finesse and expertise.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the estate agency team to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage application process.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a proven track record of success in offering mortgage and protection advice.
  • Prior experience catering to HNW and UHNW clients, particularly overseas investors, is highly desirable.
  • A valid CeMAP qualification and a strong understanding of the UK mortgage market are essential.
  • The discipline and self-motivation to excel in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
  • A clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license.
