Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Leading and reviewing audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Supervising, mentoring, and training junior team members
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
- Ensuring compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
- Assisting in business development and identifying new opportunities
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
- Proven experience in leading audit teams and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
