- Managing on-site audit teams, mentoring junior staff, and conducting performance reviews.
- Overseeing project management of audits, identifying ways to improve processes.
- Researching technical accounting issues and providing solutions to senior leadership.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a key contact for your portfolio.
- Presenting reports to senior management, Audit Committees, and Boards.
- Driving business development activities and identifying cross-service collaboration opportunities.
- Managing work-in-progress and client billing.
- ACA or ACCA qualified with extensive post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit, accounting standards, and business controls.
- Experience working with listed entities, complex group structures, and international clients is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and business advisory skills.
- A proactive approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
