What you'll be doing:
  • Leading statutory audits from planning to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Managing on-site audit teams, mentoring junior staff, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Overseeing project management of audits, identifying ways to improve processes.
  • Researching technical accounting issues and providing solutions to senior leadership.
  • Building strong client relationships and acting as a key contact for your portfolio.
  • Presenting reports to senior management, Audit Committees, and Boards.
  • Driving business development activities and identifying cross-service collaboration opportunities.
  • Managing work-in-progress and client billing.
What you'll need:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with extensive post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit, accounting standards, and business controls.
  • Experience working with listed entities, complex group structures, and international clients is highly desirable.
