Sanderson is recruiting for a Deputy Chief Financial Officer based in Kent, UK, with a hybrid working model of three days a week.
The position is initially for a duration of 3 months and falls inside IR35.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate financial management and have led a finance department through significant changes.
The role requires a CCAB qualification, evidence of ongoing professional development, and a master's degree or equivalent experience.
Expert knowledge of accounting policies and regulations is essential for this role.

Sanderson is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for Deputy Chief Financial Officer to be Kent based out.

Experience:

Five years PQE
Experience of corporate financial management in a complex organisation
Experience of developing effective internal control environments
Have led a finance department in a period of significant change
Experience of development of efficiency improvement programmes

Qualifications:

CCAB fully qualified
Evidence of ongoing CPD
Masters level degree or equivalent level of experience
Qualification in Leadership or Management or equivalent level of experience

Knowledge:

Expert knowledge of accounting policies and regulations
