We are currently working in partnership with a progressive business based in Kent who are looking to recruit a Senior Business Performance Manager. Reporting to the Head of FP&A you will play a key role in driving performance analysis, reporting efficiencies and providing insights to support business decisions. Your duties will include:- Prepare, analyse, and present accurate financial reports, budgets and forecasts to senior management- Utilise Power BI and Power Query to transform data into insightful reports, dashboards and visualisations that enhance decision-making- Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning and reporting processes, implementing best practice and automation solutions- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls in all reporting activities- Provide training and support to team members on financial reporting tools and techniques, fostering culture of data-driven decision making- Manage a small team, responsible for both tactical and strategic prioritisationThe successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified, an experienced people manager and possess previous analytical/budgeting experience. Unfortunately, due to the high number of applications currently being received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
