Salary: Up to £35,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join their growing Commercial team.

As part of a close-knit team of six, you will be working in a collaborative team environment where everyone looks out for each other.

You will have the opportunity to specialise in key commercial insurance areas, gaining in-depth knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mid-term adjustments for high-value commercial clients, ensuring all changes are accurately processed and reflected in policies
• Support senior management with day-to-day operations, including handling client inquiries and assisting with paperwork
• Work closely with the commercial team to manage renewals, endorsements, and other key administrative tasks
• Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring all files are compliant and information is correctly documented in the system
• Help mentor junior team members, providing insights from your experience and supporting their development

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial insurance
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
