Due to continued growth, I am supporting an exciting and established business in Kent to recruit a Permanent Senior FP&A Manager. This is a hybrid working role where you will report into a fantastic line manager and interpersonal and supportive finance team. You will be responsible for developing the Group Business Plan; including scenario and sensitivity analysis, alongside preparing the FFR. Oversee Group cashflow forecasting, treasury liquidity management, and related accounting functions.Duties:

  • Prepare and deliver the FFR Return for submission to the Regulator of Social Housing.
  • Provide analytical insights into the key factors driving business performance and propose actionable strategies for financial improvement.
  • Simplify and present complex financial data to colleagues and stakeholders with varying levels of financial expertise.
  • Manage treasury liquidity across current and future loan agreements.
  • Assist with financing initiatives aligned with the organisation's Treasury Strategy.
  • Produce monthly calculations for interest, loan amortisation, and treasury accruals.
  • Complete annual loan amortisation accounting reports.
  • Track and report on monthly and annual Treasury covenants, KPIs, and Golden Rules.
  • Develop monthly forecasts for Treasury budgets.
  • Create daily and monthly cashflow forecasts and collaborate on large cash transactions with relevant departments.
  • Compile and submit quarterly NROSH Returns.
  • Act as the primary contact for Business Planning consultants, Treasury advisers, and Banking legal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be:- An experienced finance professional with strong knowledge of carrying out the duties listed above.- Excellent communicator with an analytical mindset.- CCAB Qualified.- Financial Modelling and Treasury Management experience.- Experience with Brixx/Business Planning software.On offer to the successful candidate is an exciting, progressive and permanent opportunity where you will work for a fantastic organisation with good benefits and report into an impressive line manager all while working in a supportive and interpersonal team.
