What's the job?You'll be managing 2,800 acres of top fruit and cherry orchards across Kent. This includes overseeing 25,000 bins of top fruit and 1,200 tonnes of cherries annually.

With one sites under your control, you'll ensure smooth operations from planting to harvesting. You'll lead teams of up to 180 seasonal staff, alongside a core team.

The role will see you balancing hands-on farming with the bigger picture. You'll take charge of crop husbandry, equipment management and maintaining Good Agricultural Practices.

The business is heavily invested in growth and innovation. This means there's plenty of scope for you to shape the role as the company expands. You'll also work closely with other departments, with the autonomy to deliver results while contributing to wider strategic goals.

What do I need?Experience with top fruit and cherries will give you an edge. However, a strong background in soft or top fruit farming is essential.

You'll need to know how to manage large teams and have a solid understanding of farm operations. Whether you're already based in the UK or overseas, this role is open to talented individuals with a passion for fruit farming.
