As an ACA Trainee, you will work closely with clients, assisting with the preparation of accounts and conducting onsite audits under the guidance of senior staff, all while studying for your ACA exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: You'll gain immediate hands-on experience by working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and gaining insight into their industries. No two projects are the same-ranging from a few days to several weeks-giving you a diverse and dynamic working experience.
  • Audit and Accounts Preparation: Carry out audits and accounts assignments either in-office or at client premises, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Client Communication: Work directly with clients to collect necessary records and information, maintaining strong and professional communication throughout.
  • Additional Tasks: Contribute to the preparation of draft accounts, VAT returns, financial analysis, and reconciliation work. You will also be involved in other financial and administrative tasks as required.

Entry Requirements:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree
  • Strong academic background including 120 UCAS points, GCSEs: Minimum Grade 6 or above in both Maths and English Language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
