The role offers genuine career progression opportunities, including advancement to Associate level for ambitious candidates.Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 regulations
- Conducting health and safety site inspections
- Supporting design hazard elimination processes
- Contributing to occupational health and safety practices
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and bid submissions
- Managing key client relationships Collaborating with the Partner in Charge
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Construction or Design background with proven CDM 2015 experience
- CMaPS / NEBOSH construction certificate (ideal)
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Full clean driving license with access to own vehicle
- Experience across various project scales, from demolition to large-scale construction
- Strong understanding of design hazard elimination processes
