  • Undertaking Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 regulations
  • Conducting health and safety site inspections
  • Supporting design hazard elimination processes
  • Contributing to occupational health and safety practices
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives and bid submissions
  • Managing key client relationships Collaborating with the Partner in Charge

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Construction or Design background with proven CDM 2015 experience
  • CMaPS / NEBOSH construction certificate (ideal)
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Full clean driving license with access to own vehicle
  • Experience across various project scales, from demolition to large-scale construction
  • Strong understanding of design hazard elimination processes
