Recruitment is now open for cover supervisors looking to start roles in term 2 (November) or January.  With an expected increase in demand we are seeking new candidates for work across Maidstone and Mid-Kent and will consider anyone looking for full or part time jobs.

The ideal candidates will have a proven background working with children aged 11-16 in a group setting.  School based staff are sought after but candidates could come from sport, cadets, scouting or private tutoring.  The workload includes providing general cover across multiple subjects by delivering pre-prepared lessons and supervising students in class in completing their work so no formal subject specialism is required (but can be catered for).

To qualify as a Cover Supervisor, you will need:

  • Experience working with children in a group setting
  • An enhanced DBS or be willing to undertake a new one
  • Permission to work in the UK
  • Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing role

Pay rates are competitive, you can choose your days and you can be as selective as you need to be on location and schools you would like to work in.  We support schools across Kent and work with Primary, Secondary and SEND schools.
