Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for education? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a cover supervisor to work in a range of secondary schools in the Thanet area. As a cover supervisor, you will play a vital role in nurturing the next generation. This is a full time ongoing position with a daily rate of between £90 and £110 a day depending on experience. We also welcome applications for anyone looking for part time.

The Role:

Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively across various subjects and year groups
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour and uphold school policies
Provide support and guidance to students as needed

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments
Previous experience within a classroom setting as a cover supervisor is desirable but not essential
Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
Legal right to work in the UK
