Director of Catering - Kent - £65-80k
I am currently looking to recruit a big hitting Director of Catering for my client's site based in Kent. This roles requires a really big hitter with a strong contract catering background and a passion for developing the business.
My client is one of the leading Contract Caterers and are recruiting for this busy contract consisting of multiple retail outlets and extensive events business. This role isnt for the faint hearted, you will be responsible for a catering operation with an annual turnover in the region of £5m. Due to the sheer size of the business you will be managing, this role would suit an Operations Manager or Director of Catering who is looking to get back into a single site role, that they can make their own.
The ideal Director of Catering will have the following skills/ knowledge
Currently at Operations Manager within Contract Catering
Project management experience including refurbishment and mobilisation
Managed a catering operation with a turnover in the region of £3m+
Strong people management skills
Working predominantly Monday to Friday, with weekends to suit the demands of the business.
