My client on the outskirts of Maidstone is looking to recruit for a Drainage Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be joining a skill operations team running estimation works on remedials and planned works. There will be an opportunity to work Hybrid 1 or 2 days a week after probationary period.
Requirements of the Drainage Estimator:

• Drainage experience (on the tools or in office)
• Experience estimating works (either on site or in office)
• Have a list of clients you work with you can bring across (desired)
• Great customer service skills
• Technical drainage knowledge (required)
• Driving licence
• Attention to detail
• Bubbly personality
• Works well under pressure

Day to day of the Drainage Estimator:

• Attending sites as and when delivering fantastic customer service to understand their needs (roughly 6 times a month).
• Estimating planned and remedial works ensuring you are including mark up value to maximise profit.
• Follow up quotations on nonkey account clients to win business and build valuable relationships for returning business.
• Using your technical knowledge and working with the engineers to understand the clients and your teams requirements.
• Working at a high volume completing roughly 7 quotes a day and uploading them onto the internal system and client portals.
• Working well in a team to meet business needs and supporting your team with their workload as and when required.
