Foreman

My client are a specialist subcontractor who are looking to onboard a foreman due to an increased order book. My client operate heavily within the civils market working across schemes predominantly in the infrastructure sector.

Foreman responsibilities:

• Working alongside the project manager and contracts manager.
• Site supervision.
• Tool box talks.
• Daily briefings.
• Managing health and safety compliance.
• Managing and allocating labour, plant and materials.
• Liaising with the client.
• Progress meetings.
• Ensuring work is being completed in accordance to program.

Foreman requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card - (Gold/ Black).
• NVQ level 3 minimum.
• SSSTS/ SMSTS.
• First aid.
• Previous experience with highways, 278 works, utilities or drainage.
• Full UK driving licence.
