About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead a proactive HR team, ensuring a blend of strategic and operational HR delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- HR Modernisation - Implement best practices in performance management, engagement, and recognition.
- HR Systems Implementation - Play a key role in the rollout of a new HRIS system.
- Union Relations & Case Management - Navigate a highly unionised environment.
- Job Evaluation & Compensation - Ideally experienced in Hay job evaluation, working closely with senior leadership on remuneration strategies.
- Strategic HR Leadership - Drive meaningful change while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR operations.
